Decadent Gluten Free Brownies

Normally, I'm not a huge brownie person, but these were super good.  Very chocolatey, very moist, light and delicious.  You basically couldn't even tell they were gluten-free.

They were so good I just had to share.  If you are craving chocolate, a batch of these is sure to satisfy.

They aren't healthy really...they DO have sugar in them..but for those times you just want or need a gluten-free chocolate treat..these are IT.  And, fairly inexpensive to make too.

Decadent Gluten Free Brownies

1/2 cup oil (I like to use coconut oil or melted butter).
1 1/4 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup cocoa
1 1/4 cups coconut flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cream of tarter
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Grease a 13 x 9 pan.

Beat oil and sugar.  Beat in eggs and vanilla.  Add dry ingredients and beat well.  Add milk and continue to beat until well mixed.  Stir chocolate chips in by hand.

Pour batter into prepared pan (it will be thin, like cake batter) and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until done.  Do NOT over-bake.

Enjoy these delicious gluten free decadent brownies.

  1. Hello there! My name is Danielle, and I ran into your blog on pinterest. I'm new to gluten free. I'm recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia. All the medications make me sick and after doing my homework I learned going gluten free can really help! And boy does it! So thanks for the recipes! I blog as well.
